I’m very excited to share with you some major new features we just released for GetFiveStars. Many of you provided input on these features, which we appreciate very much!

Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:

1) Labels for managing your businesses and locations

Labels allow you to organize your businesses locations into meaningful groups. This allows you to easily manage tens, hundreds, or even thousands of business locations in the GetFiveStars Business Dashboard and get summary statistics on each the groups too.

2) User Management

Now you can create users and delegate one or more business locations for them to manage. When this new user logs into the Business Dashboard they see only the businesses you assigned to them. It’s a great way to delegate management of groups of business locations to your staff or clients.

3) Default Settings

You can now set defaults for everything in the system that will apply to all new business locations you create. This saves lots of time if you are working with many locations.

4) Business Mass-Import

Do you have lots of businesses or locations to create? We’ve made that easy with our new business importer. All you have to do is fill out a simple spreadsheet with the businesses you want in the system, and we will import them instantly!

Many of these features were based on the great feedback our customers give us, and many of them reviewed these and helped shape the capabilities before they went live.

I feel blessed that we have such an active and awesome and supportive customer community for GetFiveStars – thanks for your continued support, feedback and inspiration!
