I bet like me you are finding the WordPress Jetpack plugin to be full of fantastic enhancements that improve your site and save you time in set up and execution.

I love the ease of the Contact Forms, but was stumped when a recently created form wasn’t being delivered as expected.

Jetpack does not use the email address set under “Settings -> General” in WordPress.

When you create a new JetPack form you need to click on the “Email notifications” tab and set an email.

Once the form is added to your page double check that your email is actually added. The first line of your form code should include the subject and email.

Don’t forget to save the Form AND the page.
