Twitter has a page now for business owners called Twitter 101. This page provides a nice, easy to follow description of what Twitter is and how to use it for your business.
The guide covers topics like:
- How do businesses use Twitter?
- How to get started with Twitter
- Learn the lingo (following, retweets, DMs, etc.)
- Best practices
- Some case studies of how businesses have used Twitter successfully.
