With the iPhone app, RingCentral customers now use the new iFusion SmartStation, which extends a traditional desktop phone form factor to the iPhone, and eliminates the need for a separate IP phone (www.thefusionphone.com). Here the thing...If you take off the Iphone off your ear to press the #1 your phone will disconnect. It's the the application problem it's Iphone not really compatible.
